Kayak/Canoe Policy Rental Agreement
- Rack spaces for kayaks and canoes (crafts) will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis to members of the Association in good standing. A wait list will be established should no spaces be available.
- Members must store their craft in the space number assigned to them.
- Each rack may hold no more than 2 crafts. Crafts must not interfere with a neighboring rack space.
- Rack space is rented annually, July 1 - June 30 upon receipt of the $50 fee. Renewal reminders will be emailed to the member with payment due by May 31. One space per homeowner.
- No additional property is to be stowed at or near the kayak/canoe rack.
- All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in order to remove a craft and/or launch that craft.
- Members are to abide by the Usage of Common Areas Guidelines, available at https://www.livinginthesprings.com/p/Common-Area-Usage-Guidelines
- Rack spaces do not transfer to a new homeowner or tenant.
- The Springs Owners Association is in no way liable or responsible for any damage to or theft of any property. Use of the kayak/canoe rack is at the member’s own risk.
