You are cordially invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Members to be held on:

Location:  Orange Park Library

Purpose: The Annual Meeting aims to gather homeowners, provide community updates, and facilitate collaborative decision-making. Key objectives include financial reports, board elections, and an open forum to promote community ownership, transparency, and overall improvement.

  • Installation of mailbox at 2495 Cypress Springs Road
  • Review of boat ramp project
  • Boat storage increase to $200; kayaks/canoes on rack $50
